This week at the Levelling Up, Housing and Communities Select Committee session on disabled people in the housing sector, Liverpool West Derby MP Ian Byrne asked Adrian Dobson from RIBA how the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) - and by extension local plans - can be revised to meet the housing needs of disabled people.
